Happy Holidays to you, from all of us here at Studio50!
December is here and in this issue we've got the relaunch of the Troge Collection with its new sleek and simple wood base, our holiday/winter hours and a festive holiday sipper.
Brick and mortar studio hours
December and for the winter months of 2022 our brick and mortar studio hours will be:
December 3 & 4 -- 12pm - 4pm
December 10 & 11 -- 12pm - 4pm
December 17 & 18 -- 12pm - 4pm
December 21, 22 -- 12pm - 4pm
December 24 thru to January 6, 2022 -- CLOSED for the holidays
Open again on January 7th
Friday and Saturday -- 12pm to 4pm

Troge Collection

The concrete top with its raised edge offers a defined space to hold and display your curated pieces. The warm natural tones of the oiled wood compliments the grey concrete top.

This month our winery feature in the Rock Bottom Vessel starts with the letter “F” , a white port from Fonseca we picked up from our local LCBO.
Easy to mix up and full of flavour this wine number checks off all the boxes. If you've been good all year, why not be a little naughty and enjoy 2 glasses :)

How-To use your Rock Bottom
- Chill the concrete base in the freezer for 4 hours +
- Chill bottle of Port in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Pour the Port from bottle to flask and let the it rest for 10 mins.
- (swirl away here)
- Serving temp will be approx 11 degrees.
We went ½ and ½ with the port and tonic. Add a little disk of orange and a sprig of rosemary and you're all set for holiday sipping.
