The CORK
Totally natural and sustainable, straight from Portugal’s Cork Oak trees. These trees are pros at regeneration—every 7 to 9 years, they grow their bark back like nothing happened. We take that eco-friendly cork, custom-size it, and give it a dip in hot beeswax, sealing it up so moisture and odors don’t stand a chance.
Now, these corks will last you ages—unless you’ve got a dog. Yep, they’re weirdly into the smell of the wax and that chewy texture. If yours disappears, there’s a good chance it’s become a backyard treasure. You know where to check.
The SCIENCE FLASK
This isn’t just any glass; it’s the real deal. Made from borosilicate lab glass in a European facility, the same stuff you’d find in your high school chem class — cool. These round-bottom flasks aren’t just about looks. They’re built to handle extremes—cold, hot, and everything in between. Those bubbles or marks? That’s just part of science glass. They focus on performance, and every flask has been inspected and approved to meet strict specs, so you know—it’s made to perform."
The LEATHER
Leather wraps are made from ethically sourced hides (yep, no waste here!). I hand-cut each wrap myself, ensuring quality and care in every piece. With a sleek tapered design, you can easily tuck it in with the included bamboo skewer or whatever’s handy (nail file, anyone?). And when it’s time to clean your flask? Just pop that wrap off and get to it. Stylish and practical? Absolutely!
THE CONCRETE BASE
Each base is hand cast in custom molds and then sealed with a food grade sealer. The mix design we have formulated is a custom blend that is 25% greener by using recycled post consumer expanded glass for a percentage of aggregate. There is also glass fibers disbursed throughout for stability and strength for the fluctuating extreme temperatures.
